1. As a Photographer means Daria Banshchikova (artist name is Daria Gdeto).

2. As a Client means person who sign this contract.

3. The shoot will be arranged on date(s) mutually agreed between the Photographer and the Client.

4. If a confirmed shoot is cancelled or postponed for reasons outside the control of the Photographer (including unsuitable weather / light),the Photographer will offer another date for photoshoot.

5. If a confirmed shoot is cancelled by Client deposit will be not refunded, but Client has an opportunity to reschedule photoshoot once not less than in one day before photoshoot date.

6. All photos will be chosen by Photographer.

7. Client shall not be entitled to reject the photos on the basis of style or composition, if the photos match the portfolio.

8. Photos will be delivered in digital format and available for download via google drive for 2 weeks.

9. The entire copyright and all similar rights throughout the world in all the Material and ownership of all physical materials created by or forthe Photographer shall vest in and be retained by the Photographer at all times.

10. All photos taken as part of these offers can be used by the Сlient for personal purposes, in any social networks. Additional approval is required for commercial use of photographs.

11. Resale of photographs or prints of photographs, assignment of copyright is not allowed.

12. A £50 deposit is required to book the date and time of the shoot. The rest of the payment should be made on the day of the shoot after the service has been rendered.
If non-standard shooting is carried out, then the amount of the deposit is negotiated individually.

13. All source materials such as films or digital files remain with the Photographer and are not transferred to the Client.

14. The photographer has the right to use photos taken during the photosession in any of her portfolios, creative projects, publications, books, exhibitions.
